Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nightstop (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Nightstop is intended exclusively for verified airline crew members (pilots, cabin crew, and related operational staff) who can verify employment via a recognized airline work email address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to use the Service to harass, impersonate, defraud, or otherwise harm other users. Accounts that receive multiple credible reports may be automatically suspended pending review.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trial periods, where offered, require a valid payment method and convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile information, messages, photos). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to other users.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users you meet through the Service, on or off platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
